Ordering, Delivery and Returns
Ordering and Delivery Information
Website orders are placed through PayPal via a PayPal account or by a debit or credit card selecting the ‘Check out as a Guest’ button. Our delivery details are as below – if you require express delivery please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org before making a website order and we can advise.
Once you make the payment PayPal will email notification to you and us.
We use Royal Mail to deliver to you. On receipt of the PayPal notification we endeavor to dispatch your order to Royal Mail within 2 working days and then their delivery times to you are as detailed below. We subsidize the Royal Mail delivery charges so our charges are as follows per game:
- UK delivery by signed 2nd class postage is £0.95. Delivery time is a 3 day aim.
- Delivery elsewhere in Europe is by international standard at £3.95. Delivery time is dependent on location.
- Delivery to the Rest of the World is by international standard at £8.25. Delivery time is dependent on location.
Once we have delivered your order to Royal Mail we will notify you via PayPal including an approximate delivery date and a tracking number if we have one. If you have not received your order by the day after the approximate deliver date please email us at email@example.com.
Damaged or Faulty Order
If you received your order damaged or faulty please notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org no longer than 14 days after the day on which you received the order for us to provide you with further instructions. If your order is to be returned to us it is to be by standard tracked postage which is to be arranged by you at your expense initially. Once you have dispatched your order back to us please email us the tracking number. On receipt of your returned order we will arrange a replacement order. If a more expensive return delivery option than standard was chosen we will refund only the cost of our standard delivery option and not the full outbound delivery cost.
If you find that you have changed your mind about an order or the order was made in error it can be returned provided that it has been unused and it is in good condition with all the original parts. You need to notify us by email to email@example.com no longer than 14 days after the day on which you received the order for us to provide you with returns instructions. Return tracked postage is to be arranged by you at your expense with the order returned to us within 14 days of you notifying us. Once you have dispatched your order back to us please email us the tracking number. On receipt of your returned order if it has been unused and it is in good condition with all the original parts we will refund your order value less our original subsidized delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned order.
We reserve the right to reduce the amount of money refunded if an order returned shows evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the order is as expected.
Where you paid by PayPal your refund will be by PayPal.
